2. Description of Service
BreezyReply provides an omnichannel communication platform that integrates with WhatsApp (Cloud API and Linked Devices), Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, and Email. The platform delivers unified team inboxes, automated routing, saved replies, and customer relationship management tools.
3. Third-Party Platform Policies & Compliance
When connecting channels, you agree to strictly comply with the terms, acceptable use policies, and messaging limits set by third-party providers, including:
- • Meta Platform Terms and WhatsApp Business Policy (including the 24-hour customer service window and template guidelines).
- • Anti-spam regulations prohibiting unsolicited broadcast messages or harassment.
4. User Account & Data Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, API keys, and access tokens. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
